The Paint with Me series features specific painting projects for each class, so you’ll be completing your painting alongside Marty step-by-step. All classes are created with total beginners in mind!

You’ll get a feel for how Marty works, from messy, colorful backgrounds to the finishing touches that pull a painting together.

Class Supplies

You’ll need some basic painting supplies, many of which are repeated in other classes in the Paint with Me series. Links are provided inside the class to the exact materials used.

Here’s the supply list:

4” x 4” (or any size) canvas or other painting surface

paint palette*

paint brush(es)

1” foam brush

acrylic paint

jar or cup for water

an old towel or cloth

dotting tool or toothpick

pencil

water-based acrylic paint pens or permanent marker*

varnish*

a small dish for varnish*

gloves to protect hands while varnishing
