RETURNS

Have an issue with your order? Get in touch using the form below so we can make it right!

Need to return something? Please observe the following return policies.

Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Use the form at the bottom of this page to get in touch.

Return item(s) in original, new condition, unworn and in original packaging. Tags must be intact as sent.

Items must be free of any scents including perfume, oils, cigarettes, and pets.

Ship return back within 30 days of receiving your order with tracking service.

A restocking fee of up to 25% (max $25) of order value may apply to your return if not returned in original packaging.


SHIPPING ON RETURNS

Original shipping charges are nonrefundable, and you, the buyer, are responsible for shipping charges on returns (unless there was an error on your order).

Orders returned for non-delivery will be held for re-shipping.

If your order is international and returned undeliverable or unclaimed from your country’s customs or postal service, it will be held for reshipping. Send a message using the form below to request reshipping.

Reshipping fees are the responsibility of you, the buyer, unless there was a shop error.


ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN

◊ Items that show evidence of wear — including items with original tags removed / removed and reattached.

◊ Paintings and other artwork including subscription boxes.

◊ Print on demand products (including art prints, made to order clothing, phone cases and other products labeled print on demand—see individual product descriptions). Exceptions include receiving the wrong product or damage to the product.

◊ Earrings — for hygienic reasons earrings are not returnable.

◊ Custom orders — including any request to alter a listed item, create a special item, or Intuitive Design service.

◊ Digital products such as online programs, courses, and downloads.

◊ Recordings in physical formats such as compact disk (CD).

◊ Services (non-physical products) like coaching, energy readings, etc.

Orders cannot be cancelled. But please contact us using the form below if you have any issues with your order.

RESIZING SERVICE

Oops! Did you order the wrong size bracelet? We can assist you with resizing and getting your wrist measured correctly, just send a message using the form below. There's no charge for resizing of stretchy-style bracelets if it's your first order, just pay return shipping.

After the first order, or for non-stretchy bracelets, ask about flat rate resizing service.


JEWELRY WARRANTY, CARE AND REPAIR

All jewelry comes with a 1 year repair warranty.

Your jewelry should have a long life if cared for as instructed below, but just in case an accident happens...

If you've followed your jewelry's care instructions but find it needs repair during the first year from delivery, repairs are free of charge. Just get in touch using the form below and return all the components of your piece.

After 1 year or for repairs needed due to negligence, repair is available for a reasonable flat fee + shipping.

Your jewelry should be cared for to extend its life. Exposing your piece to water, excessive temperatures, sunlight or carelessness will shorten the life of your jewelry.
